Random HTML5 update three years later.

-Added HTML5 version that should run in browser. Imported into GMS2 and then tweaked a little to get it working in HTML5 export. Might have issues but from testing seems to run okay.

-Added a secret new rank (U rank)

-Main menu now shows best rank for each level

-Adjusted some levels

-Taking damage now stops the camera briefly to make it easier to recover

-Rank requirements increased a little for D/C/B/A

-Holding Down now prevents you from double jumping but allows you to still do grounded jumps. This can also be rebound in options
